Ron Kimler founded Live Wire Construction after a successful BMX career left him with a desire to do more for both the industry and all those who love moving freely whether on wheels or feet. Live Wire was aptly named after his signature bike with FBM. Founded in 2008, the company has grown beyond wood skate parks to dirt and concrete parks and other custom builds for businesses, families, and communities around the world. Recognizing their talent for building unique shapes, the team has expanded their work to include one-of-a-kind residential and commercial projects. 

We walk the walk. Our construction builders are BMX riders, skateboarders, and mountain bikers. To make the cut with us, they have to prove they're experts through their ability to build the best parks and other stuff in the world. We know how important it is for the details to be perfect, the lines to be smooth, and to not break your pocketbook in the process. We care about sports, kids, and opportunity for everyone on the planet. 

Our clients include Woodward, Red Bull, Skatercross, Stanley, Jaguar, Tempest, and private clients ranging from Olympic and professional athletes to enthusiastic families wanting durable, fun stuff.
